Management Points in a DMZ

A Management Point in the DMZ must meet the same requirements as any other Management Point. However, there are specific Management applications that must be installed on a Management Point in a DMZ.

Management Applications

The following Management application must be installed and set up on the Management Point:

• Relay Proxy
• Transport Layer
• Event Dispatcher
• Distribution Service (recommended)

The relay proxy can only be installed on Management Points with a server operating system.
