Transition to Ivanti Success Portal

Users will no longer have the ability to access the old customer support portal (located at https://risksense.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals) on Thursday February 29, 2024 at 6 PM Mountain Time. If you need to contact support, you can submit new cases through the Ivanti Success Portal. Ivanti will move open cases to the Ivanti Success Portal as part of this transition.
