Version 14.06.00 Release Notes

Summary: A high-level overview of the changes/updates included in Ivanti Neurons Version 14.06.00, released on January 19, 2024.

The platform version 14.06.00 update includes the following features and enhancements:

Miscellaneous Changes

  • Users can now add custom attributes to the Default Group through the UI.
  • Users will now be directed to Ivanti Portal when clicking the “Report a Bug” link.
  • The missing icon for the Nexus Sonatype connector has been added to the Uploads page.

Fixed Issues

  • An issue was resolved that caused completed Tenable uploads to show as “Operation Partially Complete”.
  • The system will now successfully execute UrBA on AWS Inspector findings automatically.
  • An issue was resolved that caused delays in updates to the Tag filter on the Patches page.
  • Additional file name validation had been added for ingested or manually uploaded scan files to ensure that they are sanitized and can be downloaded successfully.
  • The Blackduck connector should now successfully close “ignored” findings.
  • When a user is deleted and the “override group access” flag in enabled, playbooks previously associated with that user will now execute successfully.
  • Rules that perform the “Set Due Date by Offset” action will no longer cause playbooks to fail.
  • When filters are applied to a dashboard, the filters should be correctly carried over when the user clicks the asset counts on the trending portion of the Findings Prioritization Funnel and Weaponization Funnels. The dashboard filters must be added to every branch of the resulting OR filter that appears in the list view’s advanced filters section.
  • Dates on the Uploads page should be properly converted from the UTC value to the local time.
  • Within the Ivanti Neurons for Patch management connector configuration dialogue, the field validation error shown when data is missing will be cleared when a user starts entering data into the fields.
  • Assets without findings will only be ingested from Coverity when the option is configured.
  • Manually created applications with only manually created findings will now be assigned an RS3 score.
  • In the Vulnerability KB dashboard, the filter categories for the Vulnerabilities by Exploit Type widget should be visible when the user clicks on a value and is redirected to the Vulnerabilities list view.
  • When editing multiple custom attributes for a single item (finding, asset, or group), the user will now see the current custom attributes for that single item.
  • When the user tries to change the filter shown in Filter Overview widget, they should be able to clear the previous filter name. This action no longer causes a blank page to show.

Notices

  • Informational findings will no longer be ingested when the user performs a manual upload of Qualys WAS.
