Version 14.10.00 Release Notes

Summary: A high-level overview of the changes/updates included in Ivanti Neurons Version 14.10.00, released on March 15, 2024.

The platform version 14.10.00 update includes the following features and enhancements:

Fixed Issues

• Service Now ticket attachments will now reflect the correct status as findings are closed in the platform.
• If a user sees a blank row in a Group By, the user will now see the same number of results in the list view as they see on the widget upon clicking a count to filter the list view.
• The Mean Time to Remediate KPI on the Executive Dashboard should now correctly calculate averages over datasets where findings have been ingested and resolved within the same day.
• If client settings require that a user must provide evidence when requesting a False Positive or Risk Acceptance workflow, the Copy dialogue for automated workflows will now prevent users from proceeding to the next step before providing attachments.
• The Nexpose connector sync can now be run in debug mode.
• Users with C-Level Observer can no longer add or modify Patch Groups.

Known Issues

• Investigation into issues with the historical host and host finding data (shown in the “Ivanti RS³ Timeline”, “Group Performance over Time”, and “Open Findings over Time” widgets) is on-going.
