Version 14.20.00 Release Notes

List View Enhancements
- Export field search added - Users can now search for export template fields to add to an export.
Workflow Enhancements
- New method for entering expiration dates in Remediation Workflows - The dialogues for managing remediation workflows will now include a calendar component for selecting the expiration date instead of a timeline.
- Workflow APIs updated to handle leading and trailing whitespace - The APIs for creating and updating workflows will automatically trim leading and trailing whitespace for title, description, and reason fields.
Fixed Issues
- Teams and Slack notifications for workflow expiration will now differentiate between upcoming expiration and recent expiration notification event types.
- A finding assigned a PoE with RS3 Impact should always have its score upgraded to a 10.0, even if the finding is closed.
- Clients who use Portuguese versions of the Cherwell connector will now be able to auto-populate the Description field of a ticket with plugin information and receive ticket attachments.
Known Issues
- This issue has been observed if 1) a user is approving a remediation workflow and 2) chooses to override the expiration date. If the user picks one of the time range options on the left of the calendar like “7 days” and then cancels the override, that user may not be able to submit. The user can activate the submit button by clicking “Override” and canceling it again.
- The “Previous Automation Stop Date” field in the Workflow Updates section of the Workflows detail pane may not always populate as expected.
