Miscellaneous Changes

• Improved the text shown for tag history entries to eliminate duplicate sentences.

• Added configuration for the ticketing connector's tag sync job, allowing it to run at a different hour of the day (previously, it always synced at the 0th hour UTC; now, the hour can be set).

• Enhanced the Asset Type filter for Expander V2 integration.

Fixed Issues

• Fixed an issue in the risk acceptance workflow that occurred when updating to the "reworked" state.
