Configure multi-language support for services

In the Management Portal at Setup > Translations, configure full support for multilingual configurations of your services in the Web Portal and the Mobile Client.

If end users switch between languages in the Web Portal or Mobile Client, only its UI will be localized. By configuring full multi-language support for your services (including Password Reset and Unlock Account), you can offer your end users localized versions of custom labels like service names, descriptions, service attributes, workflow actions, etc., and of organizational context items you configured at Organization.
This allows end users to interact in the Identity Director environment in a language of choice.
After you have enabled translations, you can add translations per language for services and organizational context items, on their Translations tab.

Identity Director supports these languages:

  • English (US)
  • English (UK)
  • Dutch
  • German
  • Swedish
  • French
  • Norwegian
  • Danish
  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Russian
  • Japanese
  • Chinese Simplified
  • Chinese Traditional
