Add the Provide Information action to ask someone for information when the service is requested. On the Index tab, view all input pages and the service attributes that you assigned.

Pages	View all pages and their service attributes. Click the navigation buttons to change the order of the pages in the wizard. Active pages are shown with a dark gray number, inactive with a white number.
