Using functions
In the Management Portal at Entitlement Catalog, when you configure a workflow action for a service, you can optionally replace the values in various fields with functions. Functions manipulate information and automatically return a result during a service transaction. Functions are especially useful when you combine them with placeholders.
Configuration
When you insert a function, it is inserted into the field as a pattern for the necessary format, after which you can change it to the desired format.
Available functions are:
