What's New in Identity Director 2022.4
Enhancements and Improvements
On the Reports tab of your Access Certification campaigns, the campaign instances are now grouped by period of occurrence. This provides a clearer overview of the review process and allows users to keep track of progress easier, especially for campaigns with a large number of reviewers and recurrences.
You can now create duplicates of your existing Access Certification campaigns by opening a campaign and using the Duplicate button, at the bottom of the page.
To further improve the Access Certification campaign configuration, we have added more ways to set up your campaigns on the Settings tab:
-
Notify reviewers who have not started the reviewing process either after a specific number of days from the beginning of the campaign, or when a specified number of days are left until the campaign end date.
-
Send out notifications to managers of campaign reviewers, to keep them updated on the progress of the review process.
-
Ask reviewers to motivate their choices for each qualified person for a campaign. This can be set as either optional or mandatory.
Each of these newly added options improves control over your environment to enable you to better manage available resources and information.
To prioritize services in the Transaction Engine queue, you can now mark them as critical for the system in the Entitlement Catalog section of the Management Portal. This new option provides you with more control over service execution, especially when dealing with a system overload. Additionally, we have improved performance for high priority services triggered by people attribute changes following data synchronizations.
To further ease the management of high priority services, we have also introduced a new High Priority tab in the Entitlement Catalog, which contains all the entitlements for which this option is enabled.
Starting with Identity Director 2022.4, you can use Person List and Person Checklist service attributes as conditions for Provide Information pages to be displayed.
In this version of Identity Director, we have introduced the option to present and select data from tables in a tree type structure, besides the existing list view. This new option is optimized for large amounts of data and can be searched through, so your end users can easily find and select the node they need from the structure.
In the previous Identity Director release, the scope Microsoft Active Directory Group Membership data sources was extended to include one level of nested groups membership. Starting with Identity Director 2022.4, you can include up to 10 levels of nested groups membership.
