Example people identifier actions in the "Set Person Attributes and Identifiers" action

Add the Set Person Attributes and Identifiers action to assign specific values to the person attributes and people identifiers of the subscriber to the service. The value of each person attribute and people identifier is based on the value of the service attribute to which it is mapped.

For people identifiers, you can select the following operations:

  • Select Overwrite to overwrite the people identifier value with the service attribute value.
    • This action was previously known as Set: in upgrade scenarios, this is the default setting.
    • If multiple people identifier entries exist with the same name, they are overwritten by the single value of the service attribute.
    • If the service attribute resolves in an empty value, the action fails.
  • Select Add to add an entry to existing people identifier entries with the same name.
  • Select Remove to remove the people identifier entry that corresponds to the value of the service attribute.
  • Select Remove all to remove all entries of the specified people identifier.

Example

When you choose to remove the value Private e-mail address: "[email protected]", this results in the following:
