Request and return services

You can request and return services directly from the Management Portal if you are a valid Identity Director user. Validation is based on user logon name.

The availability of this functionality may be subject to the license type used in your environment.

Requesting or returning a service for one or more persons

  1. At Entitlement Catalog, click the tile of the service that you want to request or return. This opens the service page.
  2. Click Request in the taskbar to request the service, or click Return to return it.
  3. Select the people for whom you want to request or cancel the service.
  4. Click OK.

Requesting or returning one or more services for a person

  1. At People, click the tile of the person for whom you want to request or return services. This opens the person page.
  2. Click Request in the taskbar to request services, or click Return to return them.
  3. Select the service(s) that you want to request or cancel.
  4. Click OK.
