At Setup > Login Page Services, you can view availability of the Password Reset and Unlock Account services on the Identity Director Web Portal and Mobile client login pages and the Microsoft Windows login screen.
You can also enable the User Validation Service and specify the appropriate service (for example, the default service Security Questions for password reset) to ensure users can register the Security Questions and Answers or the Alternate Email Address that are needed for Password Reset and Unlock Account.
This setting is important for environments that contain a Password Reset license. If you do not configure it, your service may not function correctly.
The availability of Login Page Services may be subject to the license type used in your environment.
