Supported mappings in the "Set Service Attribute" action

Add the Set Service Attribute action to assign a different value to an existing service attribute. If you select the option Attribute of another service, you can set the value of the service attribute of another service. The table shows all supported mappings:

Value of the checklist attribute as a text string: Semicolons separate the values and pipes indicate a new row (e.g. Label1;Value1;State1|Label2;Value2;State2).

Password

No mappings supported.

Text value. This must match the table format. If not, the action fails - this is shown in the trace file of the Transaction Engine as a warning.

No mappings supported. You can only select values from the destination attribute.
