Settings section of the Mobile Client

With the Mobile Clients, mobile employees can view, request and manage corporate applications and services from iOS and Android mobile devices. Tap Settings section to view or change the settings of the Ivanti Identity Director app.


Explanation and Tips


Set the language of the Mobile Client. The following languages are supported:

  • English (US)
  • Dutch
  • German
  • Swedish
  • French
  • Norwegian
  • Danish
  • Portuguese (BR)
  • Spanish
  • Italian
  • Russian
  • Japanese
  • Chinese Simplified
  • Chines Traditional

Security PIN

Set a security PIN to access the Mobile Client app. This helps you to prevent scenarios in which unauthorized people have access to the Identity Director environment if your mobile phone or tablet is lost or stolen.

  • When you select the option, you need to provide a 4 - 6-digit PIN, which is stored on your mobile device. After this, you need to provide the PIN each time you start the app. If you forget the PIN, you can access the app again by reinstalling it, after which you need to secure the app again.
  • This option may have been set by the security settings of the Mobile Client in the Management Portal. If so, the option is selected and read-only. This makes the security PIN mandatory.

Change Security PIN

Change the security PIN. This option is only available if you secured the Mobile Client app with a PIN code.

This read-only field specifies the URL and optionally the port to the Web Portal (e.g.

This read-only field specifies the version of the Mobile Client app.
