Customize the branding of the Web Portal

In the Management Portal at Setup > Branding, customize the look and feel of the Web Portal to the branding of your company by configuring store themes.
You can configure multiple themes and assign a different Store URL to each one, for example to give the stores for specific departments their own look and feel.
These stores are all part of one Identity Director environment, and all use the same Datastore.

Explanation and Tips

Name and Store name

These fields show the available store themes and their name in the Web Portal. The default theme is shown in green.
This theme applies to all Web Portal URLs that are:

  • not assigned to a theme.
  • assigned to themes that have been disabled.

If you change to a different default theme, users first experience this after their next sign-in.

You cannot:

  • edit, disable or delete the Ivanti Built-in theme.
  • disable or delete the theme that is currently set as default.
