My Access Reviews
In the My Access Reviews tab in the Web Portal, reviewers can find the campaigns assigned to them under two separate tabs:

Active: certification campaigns that are ongoing, on hold, or not started;

Completed: certification campaigns that are completed, expired, or closed.
By clicking on the text area of a campaign, the reviewer can see details such as the starting date, the time left until expiration, number of items that need to be reviewed, and campaign owners. To start the review process, click Start or on the picture area of the campaign.
Once reviewers start the review process, they must either Authorize or Revoke access for all qualified users. Depending on the circumstances, clicking on Save & Close can have two different results:

If the reviewer does not review access for everyone on the list, the progress is saved for later;

If the reviewer makes a decision for every person on the list, the campaign is marked as completed and disappears from the Active tab.
Once the campaign moves to the Completed tab, it becomes read-only.
Starting with Identity Director 2022.3, reviewers can manage access for all listed people using the Approve All and Revoke All buttons. To use these buttons, follow the steps below:

Click on the text area of the campaign;

Click Start to open a window containing the list of qualified people;

After reviewing the list, return to the previous window;

Approve or revoke access for everyone.
