The Reporting2.PatchAppliesTo view identifies the products and CVEs that a patch applies to.

Column Name	Data Type	Nullable	Description
PatchId	int		The patch id.
ProductId	int		The product id. See [Reporting2].[Product].
CveId	int	X	The cve id. See [Reporting2].[Cve].
