Automation Updates
- Automated ticketing for ServiceNow Incident - Users can now create an auto-ticketing configuration for the ServiceNow Incident ticketing connector.
Miscellaneous Changes
-
New instances of the Prisma Cloud Compute connector now uses a different default precedence for container findings. Previously, the connector merged all container findings under one asset regardless of how many instances of the container that the scanner located. As a consequence, new instances of this connector may generate more assets and findings than existing older versions. This new network precedence applies to PRISMACLOUDCONTAINER scanner type findings.
-
The Uploads page shows the names of deleted assessments and networks. If the upload has not started, the Uploads page invites users to select a new assessment and / or network (Note that only the owner of an upload will actually have the option to edit the upload).
-
On the “Group Performance over Time” widget, users can now configure the widget to show labels for each data point on the chart. To make better sense of the data, reduce the number of groups visible in the widget.
-
The text for the automated workflow “Create” dialogue has changed slightly, emphasizing that any finding associated with the workflow will be closed when the workflow is approved (Alternatively, the severity score may be changed by a severity change workflow).
Fixed Issues
-
An issue has been resolved that prevented some Prismacloud files from being processed correctly.
-
Crowdstrike Falcon Spotlight and Microsoft Defender hosts will not be marked as “risksense-archived” if seen within the last 30 days.
-
An issue has been resolved that prevented findings from receiving titles.
-
Alignment issues for the “Workflow Automation Disabled” notification preferences page have been addressed.
-
Users with just Finding Collection Control will be able to create an auto-ticketing configuration for a finding collection without seeing any errors.
