• In the dashboard, we have provided the ability to sort shared dashboards.

Miscellaneous Changes

• Shared Dashboards Sorting

  • Added the ability to sort shared dashboards: 

    • By Name (alphabetically)

    • By Created Date (latest to earliest)

• Role Expiration Notification

  • Introduced new notification type: Role Expiration Notification

    • Notifies stakeholders when a user's client role is nearing expiry.

    • Configuration options for notification schedule:

      • 14 days in advance

      • 7 days in advance

      • 1 day in advance

  • Configurable delivery method for notifications.

• ITSM Priority Sync based on Risk

  • Added mapping of ITSM Priority to Severity and VRR group.

    • Map Priority to VRR (Critical / High / Medium / Low / Info)

    • Map Priority to Severity (Critical / High / Medium / Low / Info)

  • Improved URBA pre-op and post-op step performance by utilizing a Redis cache and removing the dependency of the REST API.

Fixed Issues

• Underlying systemic issue causing intermittent failures in “Decommissioned Assets” playbook addressed and fixed.
