The RiskSense platform provides detail about vulnerabilities, patches, severity, available exploits, malware, and other threats. Enterprises use ServiceNow to manage information technology (IT) infrastructure, which also includes vulnerability remediation. By integrating the RiskSense platform with the ServiceNow ticketing system, users don’t need to leave their preferred system (whether it be the RiskSense platform or the ServiceNow interface) and still obtain all vulnerability details within both systems.
