Scheduling appointments for CIs

Using Web Access, you can schedule appointments for CIs to provide visibility of their availability and to identify times when services are scheduled to be unavailable so that updates can be applied. Adding the Schedulable behaviour to the CI object enables you to associate a calendar of appointments with a CI, which can then be viewed on the CI window. Appointments can be added as part of a process, and calendars can be viewed on Web Access dashboards. You can similarly associate calendars with users.
