Impact analysis

Impact analysis determines the impact that a change to a CI will have on other CIs, and hence the level of service that can be provided to other users. To help to evaluate the impact that a change will have, the system calculates which CIs will be affected by a change (if any).

Using the Impact window, you can view the impact a CI has on related CIs, as well as notify the affected users.
