Adding translations to shortcut groups and items
If you have set up a multilingual system, you can add translations for shortcut groups and shortcut items by right-clicking the shortcut group or shortcut item, then clicking Localise Shortcut Group or Localise Shortcut.
If you are logged in to Web Desk using a culture that is not the base culture, you can create and modify only personal shortcuts.
