Viewing CI Structure and Impact Analysis diagrams

You can view CI Structure and Impact Analysis diagrams in Web Desk.

There are three places where you can access CI Structure and Impact Analysis diagrams from within Web Desk:

• From a Web Desk window that includes a CI, right-click the CI field, then expand the Impact Analysis sub-menu and click either the required view name or Show Impact Diagram.
• From the query results list for a query based on CI, right-click the required row, then expand the Impact Analysis sub-menu and click either the required view name or Show Impact Diagram.
• From a CI window, click either the required view name or Show Impact Diagram in the Actions list.

For each of these actions, the CI Structure or Impact Analysis diagram appears in a new browser tab.
