The Where am I? diagram

To help you to determine how to progress a process, a Where am I? diagram is available that highlights where in the process diagram the current process has reached. You can access the Where am I? diagram by:

• clicking at the top of a process window
• right-clicking a record in a query results list, and then clicking View Process Diagram.

The process diagram appears with the current status highlighted in yellow and initially displayed in the middle of the screen.

The Where am I? diagram is not available in Self Service.

With the process diagram displayed, you can:

• launch actions that are available from the current status by clicking them in the process diagram (these actions are displayed in a brighter shade than those that are unavailable)
• move around the diagram either by dragging with the mouse, or by clicking the arrow buttons in the Where am I? toolbar
• zoom in and out using the mouse wheel or the zoom buttons on the Where am I? toolbar
• close the diagram by clicking the close button on the Where am I? toolbar
