Configuring the Framework web application

You need to configure which system user you want Event Manager to use by configuring the Framework web application details using Configuration Centre.

To configure the user account for Event Manager:

  1. In a web browser, log in to https://server_name/ConfigurationCenter.
    Where server_name is the name of the server where you installed Service Desk or Asset Manager.

  1. Open the required instance, then under Configured Applications, click Edit next to Service Desk Framework.
    The Edit Application dialog appears.
  2. In Event Manager User Name type the name of the system user you want Event Manager to use, then click OK.
    Framework is configured.
