Restarting or shutting down devices (Apple)

You can remotely restart or shut down macOS devices from the Management console. These commands are sent through the MDM, instead of the agent, and work even if the device is not on your network.

To restart or shut down a mobile device

1.Find the device in the Network view.

2.Right-click it and click MDM actions > Restart device or Shutdown device.
