When you add a user to a group, you can specify that the user is a supervisor of the group. Being a supervisor means that you can view more information about items that are assigned to your group, what your group is currently working on and so on.
If you are a supervisor, you can:
See all items assigned to the groups that you are a supervisor of.
See the Workload of all members of the groups you are a supervisor of.
Reassign items (singly and in bulk) between members of your groups to balance the workload.
Specify that a specific task is to be done at a specific time by a specific user, number of users or group.
