The Recruitment Task, which is used by the Recruitment process, manages the interviewing of candidates.
The Task is assigned to the HR group and can either be Canceled, or have Interview Details added.
The values for the Interview Type list on the Interview Details window are created using a Reference list in the Administration component. For more information, see Reference lists.
You can then either add further Interview Details, or add the Interview Outcome. After the Interview Outcome has been completed, you can either Reject the Candidate, or Add Offer Details.
The values for the Contract Type list on the Offer Details window are created using a Reference list in the Administration component.Finally, the offer can be declined or accepted.
