The following Knowledgebase dashboard is provided in the Analyst Workspace section of the Workspaces navigation bar, and a similar set of links is available as a Knowledgebase shortcut group in Web Desk.

The following links are available:

New Article – creates an instance of the Core Article process (see Processes)

All Articles – displays the All Knowledge Articles query results

Top 10 Articles – displays the Top 10 Most Effective Published Articles query results

Expiring Articles – displays the Articles Due to Expire query results

Archived Articles – displays the All Retired Knowledge Articles query results
