The following Problem dashboard is provided in the Analyst Workspace section of the Workspaces navigation bar, and a similar set of links is available as a Problem Management shortcut group in Web Desk.

The following links are available:

New Problem – creates an instance of the Simple Problem process (see Problem Management: Simple Problem)

All Open Problems – displays the All Open Problems query results

Resolved Problems – displays the All Resolved Problems query results

Incident Analysis – displays the Incident Category Analysis query results from the Incident Management module

Task List – displays the My Group's Problem Tasks query results
