Log files

You can find the log files in the C:\ProgramData\LANDesk\ServiceDesk\instance.application\Logfiles folder.

The log file names have a 'tps-' prefix and '.log' extension, together with the date and user name.

For example, tps-070316-SA.log is the log file for user 'SA' on 7th March 2016.

A new log file is generated every day for each user to limit file size and help to distinguish between the activities of different users.

Log entries are separated by an empty line, and consist of the following format:
