Web Access, Web Desk, and Self Service

Three applications are delivered using Web Access: Web Desk, Self Service, and Service Catalog.

Web Access

Web Access is not supported on mobile devices. To access Service Desk or Asset Manager on a mobile device, use Ivanti Workspaces.

Analysts can access all of these Web Access products; end-users, however, can access only Self Service and Service Catalog. Analysts can switch between Web Desk and Self Service by clicking in the toolbar.

Self Service and Web Desk use the same design and administration components in the Ivanti Console.

All of the administration features, and the majority of the design features for all of these Web Access applications are accessed from the Ivanti Console.
