Oracle license data

For Oracle, we recommend that you check imported or manually created license data especially the following:

• If there is an Unlimited License Agreement (ULA), ensure that the “Unlimited” check box is selected and that Start Dates and End Dates are entered.

• Ensure licenses are allocated to specific OSIs and/or business units where appropriate.

We also recommend that you add the following items to the contract or license records as attachments (where appropriate):

• The parent agreement (OLSA, OMA etc)
• Ordering Documents
• Support Schedules
