Chat

Enable chat in Workspaces – Enables the chat functionality in the Workspaces application.

Enable chat in WebAccess – Enables the chat functionality in the Web Access application.

Chat Availability – Enables you to specify if end-users can initiate new chats (Online) or not (Offline). Any chats that have already been initiated when this is set to Offline can still be continued or accepted.

Start chat message – The message that appears when a chat is initiated.

End chat message – The message that appears when a chat ends.

Chat offline message – The message that appears when chat is unavailable.

Availability Calendar – Enables you to select a calendar to set the support hours when Chat is available. If you select a calendar, then the Chat Availability property becomes disabled.
