Dashboards
This topic applies to systems using a Service Desk or Universal license only.
This section describes the dashboards that are provided in the Analyst Workspace section of the Workspaces navigation bar that are not specific to a single process module. For information about the dashboards with names that match a process module, see the section for that module.
Home Dashboard
The My Workspace dashboard is provided in the Analyst Workspace section of the Workspaces navigation bar using the Home Dashboard link, and a similar set of links is available as an Analyst Home shortcut group in Web Desk.
The following links are available:
New Incident – creates an instance of the Full Incident process (see Incident Management: Full Incident)
All Open Incidents – displays the All Incidents query results
Incident Watch List – displays the Incidents I Am Watching query results
New Request – creates an instance of the Request Triage process (see Request Management: Request Triage)
All Open Requests – displays the Open Requests query results

The Noticeboard dashboard is provided in the Analyst Workspace section of the Workspaces navigation bar, and as the Internal Noticeboard link in the Analyst Home shortcut group in Web Desk. It comprises a single gadget.
