Product nomenclature: This is cumulative documentation and the product names you encounter in this document were accurate at the time of publication. Ivanti updates each new section to reflect the evolving product nomenclature, but leaves legacy citations intact to ensure proper frame of reference.

  • Rebranded product names: Starting from the current release products are denoted by their re-branded names in the Migration Portal UI as follows:

    • Mobileiron - Ivanti
    • MI Client - Client (except for the Transitioned State)
    • Core - EPMM
    • Cloud - Ivanti Neurons for MDM

  • Support for extended iOS MDM CA challenge: Currently, the iOSMDMCA Challenge expiry is set to 20 minutes. You can enable the following feature flag to extend the expiry to six hours:

    feature.migration.ca.challenge.override.enabled

  • Support to migrate iOS devices without APNS token: Migration is now supported for iOS devices that do not contain Access Point Name Setting (APNS) token.
