Post migration steps

To ensure your EPMM is properly retired and the migrated devices continue to check into Ivanti Neurons for MDM correctly do the following:

  1. Install the Portal Certificate for EPMM on the Migration Portal as part of the EPMM shutdown process. For customers on Connected Cloud, this step is not required because Ivanti manages both your Connected Cloud and Ivanti Neurons for MDM tenants.

The EPMM Portal certificate expires every year, you must renew and install the certificate on the Migration Portal each year.

  1. It takes approximately 8 hours for the new certificate to be available for all devices to check-in and become functional. If you need the certificate to be available within a short duration, please reach out to Ivanti Support team, as it needs Gateway services to be restarted.
