Installing Ivanti [email protected] for iOS and Android

This section addresses Ivanti [email protected] for iOS or Android can be installed onto devices.

Azure Device Compliance is not supported on branded MDM Android and iOS clients.

Installing Ivanti [email protected] for iOS

The administrator needs to have Ivanti [email protected] version 12.11.0 or supported newer versions connected to Ivanti EPMM as a Mandatory Silent App and applied to devices.

The device user needs to follow the instructions below.

Procedure 

  1. Install Ivanti [email protected] from the Apple Store.
  2. Launch the Ivanti [email protected] client and complete the Registration.

Installing Ivanti [email protected] for Android

The administrator needs to have Ivanti [email protected] 11.0.0.0 or supported newer versions connected to Ivanti EPMM as a Mandatory Silent App and applied to devices.

The device user needs to follow the instructions below.

Procedure 

  1. Install Ivanti [email protected] from the Google Play Store.

  2. Launch the Ivanti [email protected] client and complete the Registration.

  3. Device users are to follow instructions based on the device type:

    • On non-Samsung devices, device users will be prompted to update the latest Ivanti [email protected] as part of the Mandatory Apps Manager.

    • On Samsung devices, Ivanti [email protected] is installed silently.
