Setting wallpapers for devices

The device wallpaper configuration defines a default wallpaper image for the Home screen and Lock screen of Android (10.0 devices in Work Managed Device mode).

The uploaded image must be in .jpg or .png format.

The wallpaper will be applied automatically to the device. Refer to the device manufacturer's specifications for screen resolution. Ivanti recommends to create separate configurations with appropriate screen size and resolution of the device type.

Procedure 

To define a default wallpaper image for Android devices:

1. Go to Polices & Configurations > Policies.
2. Click Add New > Android > Wallpaper.

3. Use the following guidelines to complete the form:

   Setting	What To Do
   Name	Required. Enter a descriptive name for this policy.
   Description	Enter an explanation of the purpose of this policy.
   Upload Android Wallpaper
   Use the same image for Home screen and Lock Screen	Select to upload a single image for both the screens.
   Home Screen	Drag and drop the image file or click Choose File to select it.
   Lock Screen	Drag and drop the image file or click Choose File to select it.

4. Click Done.
