Limitations

  • DWAC-6639: The Docs@Work app stops responding on Android 9 and 10 devices, when opening files from cache.

Workaround: Lock screen, unlock screen, and try again.

  • DWAC-6426: On Google Pixel 5 or Android 13 devices, MP4 playback does not start for the first time.

  • DWAC-5749: The insert image option is not available in PDF editor mode on the Google Pixel 5 devices.
