Resolved issues

These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there were no associated resolved issues.

    • 1400459: Issue of last sync time shown is now fixed when the Egypt Summer Time (GMT+3:00) is selected.

    • 1196968: Previously, the Notification timestamp was not displayed for all the accounts. This issue has been fixed.

    • 1196792: The 'Recurrence selection' text is now updated to display the correct day of month.

    • 1196695: The pop up issue of 'Access denied' when multiple Delegated Mailboxes are removed at same time by Delegated Mailbox owners is now resolved.

    • 1356085: Previously, the attachment was removed when the signed or encrypted message with new attachments was forwarded. This issue has been fixed.

    • 1197262: Previously, the attachment was removed from the Drafts folder when the From field in the drafts is switched from Delegated Mailbox to Primary Mailbox. This issue has been fixed

    • 1197066: Even after responding as "No" to one of occurrence for a recurring invite (for example: Daily or Weekly or Monthly) the occurrence was not deleted in user calendar screen. This issue has been fixed.

    • 1197050: The localization for Calendar and Contact labels in name tab for Dutch (Netherland) language was not correct. This issue has been fixed.

    • 1196979: Previously, the end time for a meeting invite would display time ahead by 30 mins in invitation mail preview. This issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-9430: Previously, the attachment was removed from the Drafts folder when the From field in the drafts is switched from Delegated Mailbox to Primary Mailbox.
    • APIM-9388: The Delegated Mailbox sync now happens in real time. This issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-9082: Previously, the color of icon in Attendees list screen now matches with color of the selected calendar. This issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-9110: For some Calendar events the 'No Response' status includes organizer name also.

      Workaround: After upgrading to Email+ 4.8.0, remove and add the delegated calendar again to fix this issue.

    • APIM-9108: Previously, after upgrading to Email+ 4.8.0 for Delegated Calendar recurring events, the 'No Response' status included organizer name. This issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-9084: Unsaved changes are now saved under the Drafts folder when the user moves to another app or task while composing or replying to a mail.
    • APIM-9077: Previously, the organizer details are displayed twice in "To" field when using the "Reply all" option. This issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-8883: The 'Setup could not finish' notification now appears when there is invalid configuration.
    • APIM-8882: Previously, the range of synced emails for a delegated mailbox account for One week setting in Day to sync was one day less. This issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-8874: The value set for "Day to sync" setting for a delegated mailbox account now matches the value that was set in the "email_default_sync_period" key-value pair and is the same as for the primary account when the delegated mailbox was added to the Email+ app.
    • APIM-8825: Max sync and Default sync period are now applied to a delegated mailbox.
    • APIM-23367: The Safe Domain list is no longer restricted to 10 KB, the Email+ app now supports large file list.
    • APIM-8430: Previously edited occurrences of the recurrent event is no longer duplicated when you edit all events in the series.
    • APIM-8334, SET-23014: Previously, the Enter button on the bluetooth keyboard on the Login screen worked as Cancel. This issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-8249, SET-22940: Previously, using the 'Reply all' option for a received mail would also add the sender's mail ID to the TO field. The issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-7720: The Calendar event now opens when Calendar notification is tapped when logged out of Secure Apps Manager.
    • APIM-7664: Previously, when the Email+ app was configured with Modern Authentication and the value for the email_exchange_host key-value pair was changed from "exchange server" to "sentry", the following issues were observed:
      • Notes and tasks failed to sync
      • The account icon and display name were not displayed

        • These issues have been fixed.

    • APIM-7009: If the Exchange server does not encode attachment names for non-ASCII characters, the names of such attachments no longer get corrupted when reported as phishing.
    • APIM-8019, SET-22663: The login screen no longer displays an error when the device language is set to Turkish.

    • APIM-8121: The certificate no longer displays in the list under the username after it is removed.

    • APIM-8075, SET-22719: The "Add email" alias button is now visible.

    • APIM-8055, SET-22690: Previously, if the user on the CC list would use the Reply All option then a copy of the email was sent to the user too. This issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-7630, SET-21849: Previously, the sender's name would be blank if the display name had special characters. This issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-8012: Previously, the Email+ 4.x app was unable to parse specific ICS calendar attachments. This issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-7991: Previously, the term "on behalf of" was not translated in German language. This issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-7773, SET-22222: Previously, the Email+ Android Enterprise app was unable to open .PDF file attachments with the Docs@Work app. This issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-7727: Previously, the Email+ app stopped responding when a new event was created or an existent event was opened on a Samsung S8 device with Android 7. The issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-7664: Previously, when the Email+ app was configured with Modern Authentication and the value for the email_exchange_host key-value pair was changed from "exchange server" to "sentry", the following issues were observed:

      • Notes and tasks failed to sync

      • The account icon and display name were not displayed

      These issues have been fixed.

    • APIM-7601: Previously, the Email+ app did not display an error message when there was no supported app available to open an attachment when the download notification was tapped. This issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-7544, SET-21747: Previously the Email+ app would display deleted mails in the inbox. The issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-7224, SET-20927: Previously, the Email+ AppConnect app would stop responding on the Huawei AGS2-L09 device. This issue has been fixed, use Secure Apps Manager 9.4.0.0 with the Email+ app.

    • APIM-7107, SET-20939: Previously, the Email+ app would resync when the LDAP email address case was changed. The issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-7762, SET-22149: Previously, the Email+ AppConnect app would stop responding after receiving two or more mail notifications when the allow_detailed_notifications key-value pair was set to true. This issue has been fixed.
    • APIM-7742, SET-22081: Previously, the mails were getting stuck in the Outbox folder and were sent in an incorrect order. This issue has been fixed.

    • APIM-7301: Email+ for Android now sends auto encrypted replies for encrypted messages.

    • APIM-7104: Previously, the users were unable to login to the Email+ app with certificates after the first launch. This issue has been fixed.
