Go for Android securely connects your Android device to your company network so that you can easily access email and other work resources. Go works in conjunction with Cloud supported by your company’s IT organization. Please follow the instructions from your IT organization to use this app. Go is required to access corporate resources and therefore should not be removed without first consulting your IT organization.

Important

New registrations using At Work 78 with Cloud 76 or earlier will encounter issues related to Android enterprise provisioning when using the following provisioning methods:

• Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment, when selecting the “Let MDM choose” option

• QR code

• Google Zero Touch

To address these issues, devices should be provisioned using At Work 75. After provisioning, At Work can then be updated to the latest version.

For Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME): update profiles to use the URL for the 75 build, https://support.mobileiron.com/AtWork-75.0.0.17.p.apk

For QR code: Update the Provisioner app to 1.11.0 or later, which supports custom URLs. Regenerate QR codes using the custom URL for the 75 build. Redistribute QR codes as needed.

Zero Touch: Zero Touch enrollment can no longer be supported with Cloud 76 or earlier.
