Accessing Support Resources

You can:

• Find product version information to send to Support when creating and working an issue.
• Get product support by logging into the Support site.

Finding Product Version Information

To find product version information:

Procedure 

1. Click the Profile icon.

2. Click About. Find the information in the resultant popup window.

   

   The information you see may vary from the information shown in the screen shot.

Logging into the Support Site

To log into the Support site to access product support resources, click the Help option.
