Known issues

These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there were no associated known issues.

  • 1674311: On an iPadOS 26 device, the Full Screen Web Clip opens in a resized app window instead of full screen. If the Web@Work app is sent to the background and relaunched, then the Exit Full Screen Web Clip pop up is not displayed.

    Workaround
    Use the Web@Work app in full screen mode on iPadOS 26 device. Alternatively, add the disable_webclip_fullscreen_exit_alert = true key-value pair to the Web@Work configuration to exit from Web Clip without any pop-up message.

  • 1672180: When an iPadOS 26 device becomes non-compliant due to security policy, the Web@Work app might exit without any error.

  • 1670722: The Enter full screen option does not work properly for resized Web@Work app on iPadOS 26. Also, some menus options such as Format, View, and Window might not work properly.

  • 1670686: On an iPadOS 26 device, the keyboard is getting resized and is not displayed in full screen when the Web@Work app is resized.

    Workaround
    Use the Web@Work app in full screen mode.

  • 1636551: The Print Preview option is not displayed for the .PDF files in the iPadOS 26 devices.

  • 1573297: In Web@Work app, Buttons on dialog are not visible while saving PDF from Print option.
  • ISB-4751: The "Find on Page" option scrolls the page multiple times even if searched term have less or no occurrences after tapping next and previous buttons.
  • ISB-4739, ISB-4745: The Find on Page might not return any results for the searched strings or text in some user interface components like iframes, buttons, hint text, and some documents
