Limitations

These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there were no associated limitations.

  • 1562753: The following limitation is observed when disabling writing tools in Message feature for Web@Work app:

    • AI capabilities cannot be disabled in messages, as we are using Apple's native Messages application.
      Workaround: Disable the Mail by deselecting the Allow Open In option by DLP policy.

  • 1561211: The following limitation is observed when disabling writing tools in Mail feature for Web@Work app:

    • AI capabilities cannot be disabled in mail, as we are using Apple's native Mail application.
      Workaround- Disable the Mail by deselecting the Allow Open In option by DLP policy.

  • 1561209: The following limitation is observed when disabling writing tools in Print feature for Web@Work app:

    • AI capabilities cannot be disabled in print, as we are using Apple's native Print application.
      Workaround- Disable the printing option completely by unselecting the Print option in DLP policy.
