Known issues

These are cumulative release notes. If a release does not appear in this section, then there were no associated known issues.

  • 1573297: In Web@Work app, Buttons on dialog are not visible while saving PDF from Print option.
  • ISB-4751: The "Find on Page" option scrolls the page multiple times even if searched term have less or no occurrences after tapping next and previous buttons.
  • ISB-4739, ISB-4745: The Find on Page might not return any results for the searched strings or text in some user interface components like iframes, buttons, hint text, and some documents
  • ISB-4667: The Web@Work app is unable to open Apps@Work Webclip when the Web@Work app is set as the default browser. Workaround: In the Ivanti EPMM admin console:
    1. Go to Policies & Configs > Configurations, select System - iOS Enterprise AppStore configuration.
    2. Edit the System - iOS Enterprise AppStore configuration,
      • On the Modify Web Clips screen, under the Web Clips field select Apps@Work.
      • On the Edit Web Clip screen, select the Full Screen option.
      • Click Save.
  • ISB-4614: The Web@Work app might close intermittently when Photos permissions are changed using the Device Settings > Web@Work > Photos option.
  • ISB-4638: The application name should be "Ivanti Web@Work" on the Apple App Store, however the application name erroneously remains visible and searchable as "MobileIron Web@Work."
  • ISB-4574: The "Message" option in the Web@Work app might not work according to the Open-in configuration.
  • ISB-4537: Admin cannot disable the "Search Web" context menu feature when the copy and paste option is disabled, even with Data Loss Prevention Policy.
  • ISB-4415, ISB-4414: The refresh, back, and forward functions on the Web@Work app might not work for some files.
