Logging in to Ivanti incapptic Connect

Before you begin

To log into the Ivanti incapptic Connect platform, you need the following prerequisites:

  • The URL of your Ivanti incapptic Connect instance
  • The credentials you set up during Ivanti incapptic Connect registration

Procedure

  1. Enter the Ivanti incapptic Connect URL into your browser. The log in screen opens.
  2. Enter the email address you set up during registration.
  3. Enter the password you set up during registration.
  4. Click Sign in. The Apps page opens.

If you have log in trouble—for example, a blocked user account or wrong credentials—contact your Ivanti incapptic Connect admin to reset your password. You will receive an email with a link where you can set a new password.
