The Ideas Portal

The Ideas Portal is the place to add your enhancement and new feature suggestions for MobileIron products.

NOTE:

To access the Ideas Portal, you must have an account with MobileIron Support, and must also have the credentials to access that account. For more information, contact your MobileIron representative.

To submit an enhancement or new feature idea to the Ideas Portal:

Procedure 

1. From the Admin Portal, click the user icon at the top of the Admin Portal to open the MobileIron information menu.
2. Click Submit an Idea to be redirected to the MobileIron support site.
3. Enter your MobileIron Support account credentials.

4. Select the Ideas tab.

   If you do not have an Ideas tab, click the plus sign at the end of the displayed tabs. Select Ideas from the All Tabs list to access the Ideas tab.

5. Fill in the form with the information for your enhancement or new feature idea.
6. Click Submit Idea.
